Mission Statement:
The NCA encourages, asks to, and promotes high school dances, along with righteous neon behavior.
Group history:
The group started when hottie Jeffrey Darl Merrill decided to ask Lydia Suzanne Jarman to Cheap at Westwood High School in a creative, unorthodox manner.
Alternative advertisement of agenda: Trial balloons.
Lobbying:
The NCA lobbyists suggest ideas on a weekly basis to the local high school student council including but not limited to: dance theme ideaas, participation and advertisement of dances, extreme spirit in sports assemblies. We use courts in Mr. Ide's AP Government classroom and prefer the grasshopper technique. This consists of jumping up and down excitedly in order to be contagious to other students and promote school spirit in dance attendance.
Partisanship:
Although most members of the NCA are Republican, containing only one Democrat, we are not a partisan group.
